At the Lodge

At Red Pine Lodge we have 5 cabins nestled among the 100 year old red pines on Abram Lake. The lodge is 4 miles south of Sioux Lookout, where you can get souvenirs, groceries, take in a movie or play golf. Centrally located on Abram Lake, we are minutes by boat away from Minnitaki, Pelican and Botsford lakes. Lac Seul may be reached at several access points, or, in normal water levels, directly from the resort by boat. You can start fishing as close as Frog Rapids (1/2 mile east) or go on an adventure 20 or 30 miles or more away.

Each cabin has 2 or 3 bedrooms with either one or two bathrooms. All cabins are lake view with large decks complete with deck furniture, propane BBQs and fish cookers. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens including a microwave oven. We provide all linens and pillows, but you bring your own towels. Satellite TV and wi-fi is also available.

Fish species to be angled include: walleye, northern, smallmouth bass, muskie, white fish and lake trout. Since 1989 our chain of lakes have been the subject of intensive fisheries management with slot sizes on most species resulting in some of the finest fishing available. You can expect to catch trophy sized fish as well as lots for the fry pan.

At the dock we have a cement boat launch and boat slip parking for your boat. Live bait and ice are also available. All driveways are paved to facilitate easy boat launching and trailering.

For boat rentals we have 17 foot Lund Outfitters and Yamaha 50 horsepower 4 stroke engines. These boats are flat floored and can accommodate up to 4 anglers. We also have guide service available by pre-arrangement. A separate fish cleaning facility has running water and freezer storage space for your take home limit.
